Availability List Policy

Please read as we have updated our pre-order process! As always, we strive to make the preordering process work well for both you and our team.

We hope that our pre-ordering  process has been helpful in getting the flowers you need, when you need them! Because each order requires us to thoughtfully harvest, process, and transport fresh flowers specifically for you, we ask that you please be aware of the following changes we have made.  

• $50 minimum order: All pre-orders must have a minimum total of $50.

• Payment by invoice is required:Payment is expected promptly upon receipt, invoices will be sent once your order is confirmed.

• One form per order. If you are placing orders for multiple days, please fill out a separate form for each day you are requesting flowers. 

• Please order thoughtfully: We kindly ask that you carefully make your selections before submitting your order. Once your order is received, we commit time to harvesting, processing, and setting aside buckets for your order.

• Refund Policy: Because flowers are perishable products selected specifically for each order, we do not encourage refunds or cancellations once the order is confirmed. Please take a moment to carefully review your order before submitting it.

We truly appreciate your trust in us and in the flowers we grow.  Pre-ordering allows us to accurately prepare your flowers with care. Thank you for helping us minimize waste and make the most of our time and our flowers.
